Meet the dedicated team at Seniors Reverse Mortgage
David L Stevenson, President
David L. Stevenson is a long time elder law and estate planning attorney. Mr. Stevenson started as a consultant with Seniors Reverse Mortgage in 2004 in order to serve his clientele in his law practice.
Mr. Stevenson joined SRMI full time in 2005, opening the San Diego branch office before assuming the role of President in 2006.
Christine Louie, Senior Vice President
Christine Louie has a degree in finance and business management. Ms. Louie started her career as VP of Finance for a San Francisco based technology escrow company. She then became a self-employed accountant for start up companies in the Bay Area.
Seniors Reverse Mortgage was initially one of her clients when the company started in May 2003. She joined SRMI full time in 2006 to assume the position of Senior Vice President.
William Smith, CFA, VP, Business Development
Bill serves dual roles at Seniors Reverse Mortgage. He is Vice President of Business Development and Manager of the Pleasant Hill branch. He joined Seniors Reverse in June of 2008, bringing 18 years of financial services industry, business development and real estate experience to the position. Having worked both in retail and wholesale sales, and for brokers and lenders within the reverse mortgage industry during the past seven years, he offers a well-rounded perspective to Seniors Reverse.
Michael Lantin, Branch Operations Manager
Michael Lantin entered the real estate industry as a loan officer in 2004 for Hilltop Lending Corporation. After a year and a half of sales, he was offered a job as a loan processor and excelled in that position. Following downsizing by Hilltop due to the conditions of the real estate market, he found a home with Seniors Reverse Mortgage in September of 2007.
He was hired as a Reverse Mortgage Consultant /Loan Processor and was promoted to Branch Operations Manager in May of 2008, serving as operations coordinator for SRM's growing National branch network.
Jim Boswell, Branch Manager, Florida, Alabama, Georgia
Jim feels he has assembled one of the finest leadership teams in the country exclusively focused on Reverse Mortgage Products and Services. From Sales, Origination, Processing and Compliance Jim has put together some of the best in the business. Not to mention his lofty credentials.
Jim received his Mortgage training from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. In his first year at Wells Fargo Jim was awarded the National Rookie of the Year of the Reverse Mortgage Division. Jim continued to realize success within the Reverse Mortgage segment in 2007 as evidenced by his most prestigious recognition to date, Leader’s Club. Jim attained Leader’s Club by being second in the entire nation at Wells Fargo in Reverse Mortgage sales units. With Jim’s expertise, his leadership team’s commitment, and the overall benefits of Reverse Mortgage Products his team is positioned for success.
Steve Boswell, VP Sales & Marketing, Florida, Alabama, Georgia
Steve joined Seniors Reverse Mortgage with 22 years in Senior Leadership roles delivering proven results. Steve’s specific expertise is in Sales, Business Development, Program Design, and Strategic Partner recruitment. Steve received his Mortgage training also at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage where he has held several different leadership positions. As the Panhandle Region’s Builder Sales Manager he was responsible for development and management of Wells Fargo’s National Builder Division initiatives, Builder and Condominium Platform development, and Strategic Alliance Partner recruitment from Tallahassee to Gulf Shores Alabama.
