Bonus Programs

Branch Managers participate in a Bonus Programs to reward them for the value they help to create.

Participation Bonus
We believe our Branches represent a significant value inherent in the Company. It is the combination of the infrastructure of the corporation as well as the volume of loans produced by the branches that creates value. Our Participation Bonus program rewards our Branch Managers in the event the Company is sold.

Recruitment Bonus
Branch managers can earn a recruitment bonus for recruiting a Branch or an Associate Branch. This bonus will be paid on a per loan basis on loans produced by the recruited Branch to a maximum of ten loans per month.
